Strategic plan 2009-2013

The strategic plan of the Directeur général des élections du Québec is the result of an undertaking that called on the contribution of all his human resources. It puts forward the following three major orientations:

• maintain trust in the electoral system and in the institution’s credibility;
• promote democratic values and stimulate elector turnout;
• be a performance-oriented institution through the quality of its resources and its know-how.
